Whitby Jet Open Oval Drop Earrings
These large contemporary earrings feature hand carved and polished oval Whitby Jet cabochons within an open oval sterling silver frame. The clean cut edges and smooth surfaces give them a wonderful eye catching shine. Both parts of the earring can swing freely and move independently of the other to create a fluid modern look. A matching necklace is available.
Our earrings are crafted in our specialist workshop in Whitby where we turn raw hand collected local Jet into the finished piece. Each earring is 37mm long from the top of the attached sterling silver ear hook. The width is 16mm across the widest point of the outer circle. Each oval cabochon measures 10mm x 8mm.
Elegantly presented in a smart black leatherette earrings case together with a complimentary polishing pad and information card about Jet care, our work and some interesting facts about this amazing Yorkshire gemstone.
UK Delivery
UK orders of items that we have in stock will normally arrive within 2-3 working days. Custom made items are available for delivery within 1-5 weeks and the time frame will be clearly stated in the product description.
UK orders up to £100 cost £4.95 and are sent by Royal Mail Signed For First Class. Orders above £100 are FREE and are sent by Royal Mail Signed For First Class or Royal Mail Special Delivery. If you wish to upgrade your postage for any item please contact us.
International Delivery
International orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail Tracked and Signed services. Orders up to £250 cost £14.95. Orders above £250 are FREE.
Orders of items that we have in stock will normally arrive within 3-5 working days to Europe and 5-7 working days to the rest of the world. Custom made orders are available for delivery within 2-6 weeks and the time frame will be clearly stated in the product description.
Returns
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error ( you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within one week of us receiving your item back. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Items that cannot be returned are earrings (due to hygiene reasons) and custom made / made-to-order pieces (items that have been specially made to your specification). We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
