Medium Whitby Jet and 9ct Gold Heart Pendant
This classic love heart pendant has been expertly handmade in our Whitby workshop from the finest Whitby Jet and 9ct gold. It has a solid gold reverse side, gorgeous smooth surfaces and the signature black mirror shine of Whitby Jet.
The pendant has the Sheffield hallmark which features the Yorkshire Rose. It is complete with a high quality 9ct gold curb chain, also hallmarked. If you would like an alternative type or length of chain please ask. The pendant measures 18mm across and is 24mm long from the top of the bail. The Whitby Jet measures 17mm x 16mm.
The heart arrives in an elegant leatherette jewellery case with a polishing cloth to keep your pendant beautifully shiny. You will also receive an interesting information booklet all about us, Whitby Jet, and jewellery care.
UK Delivery
UK orders of items that we have in stock will normally arrive within 2-3 working days. Custom made items are available for delivery within 1-5 weeks and the time frame will be clearly stated in the product description.
UK orders up to £100 cost £4.95 and are sent by Royal Mail Signed For First Class. Orders above £100 are FREE and are sent by Royal Mail Signed For First Class or Royal Mail Special Delivery. If you wish to upgrade your postage for any item please contact us.
International Delivery
International orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail Tracked and Signed services. Orders up to £250 cost £14.95. Orders above £250 are FREE.
Orders of items that we have in stock will normally arrive within 3-5 working days to Europe and 5-7 working days to the rest of the world. Custom made orders are available for delivery within 2-6 weeks and the time frame will be clearly stated in the product description.
Returns
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error ( you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within one week of us receiving your item back. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Items that cannot be returned are earrings (due to hygiene reasons) and custom made / made-to-order pieces (items that have been specially made to your specification). If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
