Oval Whitby Jet Charm
This stylish charm is made from solid sterling silver and is set with a finest quality oval Whitby Jet stone which is gently curved at the surface and highly polished giving a smooth mirror shine.
The charm is crafted by hand in Whitby using hand collected local Jet and 925 silver. It measures 11mm x 9mm with a depth of 8mm and a 5mm diameter hole.
Our jewellery arrives perfectly presented in an Aurora Jet black leatherette jewellery box with a polishing cloth to keep your silver gleaming and an information booklet about our work and this beautiful black Yorkshire gemstone.
UK Delivery
UK orders of items that we have in stock will normally arrive within 2-3 working days. Custom made items are available for delivery within 1-5 weeks and the time frame will be clearly stated in the product description.
UK orders up to £100 cost £4.95 and are sent by Royal Mail Signed For First Class. Orders above £100 are FREE and are sent by Royal Mail Signed For First Class or Royal Mail Special Delivery. If you wish to upgrade your postage for any item please contact us.
International Delivery
International orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail Tracked and Signed services. Orders up to £250 cost £14.95. Orders above £250 are FREE.
Orders of items that we have in stock will normally arrive within 3-5 working days to Europe and 5-7 working days to the rest of the world. Custom made orders are available for delivery within 2-6 weeks and the time frame will be clearly stated in the product description.
Returns
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error ( you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within one week of us receiving your item back. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Items that cannot be returned are earrings (due to hygiene reasons) and custom made / made-to-order pieces (items that have been specially made to your specification). We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
