Delivery Information

UK orders of items that we have in stock will normally arrive within 2-3 working days.

Items listed on our website that are made to order are available for delivery within 3-6 weeks and the time frame will be clearly stated in the product description.

For custom made jewellery we will advise you of the time frame for your specific item before we make your item.

Postage Rates

Delivery within the UK

Orders up to £100: £4.95

Orders up to £100 are sent by Royal Mail Signed For First Class post. The service is tracked and a signature is required upon delivery.

Orders above £100 : Free delivery

Orders above £150 are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and are guaranteed to arrive by 1pm the day after posting. The service is tracked and a signature is required upon delivery.

Delivery to Europe and the rest of the world.

Orders up to £250 : £16.95

Orders above £250 : Free

Orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail via their tracked and signed services. A signature is required upon delivery.

Orders to Europe usually arrive within 3 - 5 working days. Worldwide orders usually arrive within 5 - 7 working days.

Please note once the parcel has entered the country of destination the customer is responsible for the payment of any import duties or taxes incurred.

Returns Policy

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items purchased between 1st October 2024 and Christmas 2024 (with the exception of the exclusions listed below) may be returned before 10th January 2025 for an exchange or refund.

We will pay your return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect item.) You should expect to receive your refund within one week of us receiving your item back. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

Items that cannot be returned are earrings (due to hygiene reasons) and custom made / made-to-order pieces (items that have been specially made to your specification.)
