Whitby Jet Marcasite Moth Pendant
An ornate sterling silver moth with glittering Swiss Marcasite encrusted wings and a hand carved shiny oval Whitby Jet cabochon. A perfect Whitby Jet gift for a nature lover, this piece would make a glamorous and eye catching addition to evening wear.
This piece was carefully hand crafted in Whitby using high quality Jet that we gathered ourselves from the local Yorkshire coastline. The reverse side of the pendant is made from smooth and shiny 925 sterling silver. A fine quality 18" sterling silver curb chain is included. The wingspan of the moth is 34mm and the length of the pendant from the top of the marcasite encrusted bail is 31mm. The oval Jet cabochon measures 6mm x 9mm.
Our jewellery arrives perfectly presented in our signature black hinged leatherette gift cases together with a little jewellery polishing cloth to keep your jewellery sparkling. You also receive a colourful booklet containing some information about ourselves and the fascinating history of this beautiful black gem.

UK orders of items that we have in stock will normally arrive within 2-3 working days. Custom made items are available for delivery within 1-5 weeks and the time frame will be clearly stated in the product description.
UK orders up to £100 cost £4.95 and are sent by Royal Mail Signed For First Class. Orders above £100 are FREE and are sent by Royal Mail Signed For First Class or Royal Mail Special Delivery. If you wish to upgrade your postage for any item please contact us.
International Delivery
International orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail Tracked and Signed services. Orders up to £250 cost £14.95. Orders above £250 are FREE.
Orders of items that we have in stock will normally arrive within 3-5 working days to Europe and 5-7 working days to the rest of the world. Custom made orders are available for delivery within 2-6 weeks and the time frame will be clearly stated in the product description.
Returns
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error ( you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within one week of us receiving your item back. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Items that cannot be returned are earrings (due to hygiene reasons) and custom made / made-to-order pieces (items that have been specially made to your specification).
