Whitby Jet Textured Heart Pendant
This lovely sterling silver pendant features intricate textured scroll shaped detailing to the front of the heart with a circular hand cut Whitby Jet stone which is flush set with the silver. An eye catching, fancy piece that would be perfect for an evening out or special occasion.
The pendant was hand crafted in our own Whitby workshop using expertly selected hard Whitby Jet and sterling silver. It comes with a fine 18 inch sterling silver chain. The pendant is 18mm wide across the top of the heart and 26mm long including the attached silver bail.
Our jewellery arrives perfectly packaged in our classic black leatherette Aurora Jet gift cases with a free silver polishing cloth to maintain the shine. We also include an information booklet all about ourselves and the history of Whitby Jet.
UK Delivery
UK orders of items that we have in stock will normally arrive within 2-3 working days. Custom made items are available for delivery within 1-5 weeks and the time frame will be clearly stated in the product description.
UK orders up to £100 cost £4.95 and are sent by Royal Mail Signed For First Class. Orders above £100 are FREE and are sent by Royal Mail Signed For First Class or Royal Mail Special Delivery. If you wish to upgrade your postage for any item please contact us.
International Delivery
International orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail Tracked and Signed services. Orders up to £250 cost £14.95. Orders above £250 are FREE.
Orders of items that we have in stock will normally arrive within 3-5 working days to Europe and 5-7 working days to the rest of the world. Custom made orders are available for delivery within 2-6 weeks and the time frame will be clearly stated in the product description.
Returns
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error ( you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within one week of us receiving your item back. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Items that cannot be returned are earrings (due to hygiene reasons) and custom made / made-to-order pieces (items that have been specially made to your specification). If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
